All orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days
from our Mongolian warehouse to our logistics partners.
Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive a
notification with further details regarding your order.
We partner with DHL for all
our deliveries. Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to
last-mile carriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Under normal circumstances, products will be packed and handed over to our
logistics partner within 2 working days.
Delivery times within the EU usually range from 3 to 7
business days. Please note that estimated delivery dates are approximations and
may change due to various factors. We appreciate your understanding as we
strive to provide accurate estimates.
Returns are eligible for a period of 7 days from the date of receipt. The eligibility period commences on the day the customer takes delivery of the order.
We provide return labels for orders. Customers are responsible for the product until it is received by us, as well as for the associated shipping fees. Please keep the proof of postage.
Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange; you can simply return the item and place a new order with us.
Products must be returned undamaged, in their original condition and packaging, including any tags. Refunds will not be issued for items that have been worn or used (excluding trying on).
If your product develops a fault within 14 days of receipt, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase. We will process either an exchange or a refund as appropriate.
Returns that are not accepted will be sent back to the customer and the customer will cover the delivery cost.

Ship the Package
Return the package using the specified method and retain the tracking
information. Please utilize the provided return labels.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and any related expenses.
Inspection of Returned Items
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected promptly.
Refund Process
If the return is approved, the refund will be credited to the customer’s
account within 14 business days.
Return of Unapproved Items
If the return is not approved, the products will be returned to the customer.
OUT OF STOCK
If we are unable to deliver the goods you ordered such as when items are out of stock Gobi Erdene will not accept the acceptance declaration, and no contract will be established. We will inform you promptly and refund any payments made. Gobi Erdene is only esponsible for delivering items from our available stock and does not assume procurement risks for ordered products.
