Delivery Period
Under normal circumstances, products will be packed and handed over to our logistics partner within 2 working days.
Delivery times within the EU usually range from 3 to 7 business days. Please note that estimated delivery dates are approximations and may change due to various factors. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide accurate estimates.

Out of stock
If we are unable to deliver the goods you ordered such as when items are out of stock Gobi Erdene will not accept the acceptance declaration, and no contract will be established. We will inform you promptly and refund any payments made. Gobi Erdene is only responsible for delivering items from our available stock and does not assume procurement risks for ordered products.


Taxes
The customer will be responsible for any applicable taxes that may arise from their purchase. This includes, but is not limited to, sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), customs duties, and any other governmental fees that may apply based on the customer's location. It is important for customers to be aware of their local tax regulations, as these costs will be added to the total amount due at checkout or upon delivery.

Return policy
⦁ Returns are eligible for a period of 7 days from the date of receipt. The eligibility period commences on the day the customer takes delivery of the order.
⦁ We provide return labels for orders. Customers are responsible for the product until it is received by us, as well as for the associated shipping fees. Please keep the proof of postage.
⦁ Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange; you can simply return the item and place a new order with us.
Return eligibility:
⦁ Products must be returned undamaged, in their original condition and packaging, including any tags. Refunds will not be issued for items that have been worn or used (excluding trying on).
⦁ If your product develops a fault within 14 days of receipt, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase. We will process either an exchange or a refund as appropriate.
⦁ Returns that are not accepted will be sent back to the customer and the customer will cover the delivery cost.
